Although most skin care information is for women, the truth is that both men and women want a healthy, radiant skin.
The only reason most articles and books for women is that women show more interest in the products of skin care and are willing to spend more money to look beautiful.
I have to admit, I used to have this bias, too. It’s not something I’m proud to admit it. It was just a cultural unconscious bias that I did not even know me entertained.
I used to believe that men were simply not interested in the shoes of great beyond having a good shave. One day at a party, a friend asked him jokingly after I had just graduated from a college of beauty, if I share my beauty secrets with my husband at that time. He said something to the effect that men were simply not interested in skin care. We had a long discussion, it was warm in the car at night after the party of my contempt for their feelings.
After that incident, I researched skin care for men and to my surprise, found that men are so keen to have beautiful skin as women, but simply feel inhibited in using skin cleansers, moisturizers, tonics and due to cultural conditioning.
I also learned that there was a small line, but active, cosmetics for men to keep their skin young and healthy.
Biologically, too, though in general women seem to have smoother skin than men, there really is not much difference in human skin between the genders.
Then I opened my own mind, something interesting happened: my clientele skin care for women was only to include men. Although, as expected, is still mostly women, who had many remarkable therapeutic advances in skin care for men.
Interestingly, men seem to appreciate my advice more than women. I think it is because women are used for skin care, while men were delighted when they discovered what a difference a routine skin care could do for them.
So what information does skin care for both sexes? First, we must look at what damage the skin, and then we have to look at some simple remedies.
What factors skin age in both men and women?
These are the two main reasons why men and women begin to lose the beautiful skin they had when they were younger:
1. The decrease in collagen and elastin.
As we age our skin does not produce collagen and elastin, two proteins in our skin that keep our skin firm but elastic. Consequently, our skin begins to show small wrinkles around the eyes and start to develop lines across our foreheads. In addition, dark circles around the eyes and the skin around the cheeks and under the chin begin to sag. And if all this were not enough, we also noticed more spots and skin pigmentation inconsistent. As a result of these effects due to loss of collagen and elastin, it is important that both men and women use products that stimulate the body’s natural production of these essential proteins.
2. The effects of poor nutrition.
Another major cause of the skin of the poor is excessive free radical damage. Skin cells lose their ability to survive this assault by renegade atoms. The antidote is an effective antioxidant. You can get antioxidants in the form of certain fruits and vegetables, nutritional supplements and topical applications.
What I recommend for men and women?
If you are a man or woman, you can have younger looking skin with the following:
1. Expanding knowledge. This product skin care has been clinically proven to increase skin moisture, stimulate collagen and elastin production, and improve levels of antioxidants in the skin.
2. Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 is a powerful antioxidant ingredient that protects skin from free radical damage through the 7 levels of the skin. Despite the name unknown, in fact is a powerful form of CoQ10.
3. Babassu. This comes from an Amazonian plant. Rich in emollients, which makes the skin supple, increases moisture, and gives a healthy glow to the skin.
It is my sincere hope that sharing this information will help skin care for men and women to rediscover the natural beauty of your skin.
