Injections
The goal of any infiltration in the back is not curing but to relieve pain, improve quality of life and serve as a channel to find the source of that pain. These injections are used as a method for differentiating between types of pain there, which fall into three groups. On the one hand we find the column back pain, which is produced by compression of a nerve that produces lumbar canal stenosis or a herniated disc, second encounter the pain of a hard swelling that occurs when sitting and radiating to the legs, and finally, we distinguish the pain generated by mechanical instability of the vertebrae or inflammation in the joints of the spine.
